Specs? What are the red tubing/pipes coming up from the bottom? Air inlets? How do you adjust temperature? Ball valve?

Yep, red pipes are the air inlets which have ball valves on the ends to regulate air to control the temp. Specs are 55 gal drum, 22.5 in. grate for cooking, charcoal basket made from 13.5 grate and expanded steel. Drum is also on casters to make moving it easier.
