I'm also staining and polyurethaning doors. Multitasking.   ( Lots of dead time in the beer brewing process).

Nice!  I'm happy to see that you are not using a hopped extract.  What's the ingredient list?  I need to brew a batch, it's been a while.

It's too hot where I am to brew.

I don't have anywhere any my house that I can keep below 80 degrees right now.

I don't think that I'll be able to brew for another 4 months or so.

My more better version of Yuengling lager.

6 lbs six row.
1 lb Munich 10L
.75 lb crystal 80
 2lbs corn.
 .75 oz Cluster @ 60
 .25 oz Cascade @ 5

Mash @152 for 90 minutes.

I use 2112 in the summer for yeast. In the winter I use 34/70.

The Munich turns that into a great summer beer.

Sure. How many extra fingers do you have? I'm going to be cutting base and shoe molding on the power mitre saw pretty soon and then play with the Paslode fuel powered angled finished nailer.   Got good insurance?

The boil, Cluster just went in.

This would basically fall into the CAP or amber American lager category. It's old school American Beer.

All grain brewing is a time consuming process, but there's a heck of a lot of dead time in there where you can be doing other stuff, like other time consuming work that has a lot of dead time in it.

My room mate brews and kegs about 5 - 10 gallons every day. He has tons of kegs. Today is 10 gallons of Cream of 3 Crops (?) and 5 gallons of Heffa. I like him as a room mate.

I have a imperial pale ale cooling in the sink. Added some Falcons flight on top of the columbus to kick it up a notch, or 2.  lol
