Bigger_Hammer We've already got a ton of people in this country who are people we would not want to be immigrants allowed to stay here, but they were born in this country and their parents and their grandparents. If we have an opportunity to put more decent hard-working people in this country we should consider it. I really don't like laws that are absolute. I'm aware illegals committed a crime, if everything else about them is great then maybe we can punish them for their crime and also tell them to get back to their job. They can stay in jail on the weekends. |

They seemed a little animated and one was holding a phone as if he was taking vertical video, but that’s all the excitement I noted at about 1:00 pm. |

It's the Aliens responsibility to notify ICE and the Court of his change of address. He didn't do that. Aliens get order deported in absentia all day, every day. Why? because most of their cases are BS, they know it, and they don't show up because their case is built on lies and fraud. Absentia orders happened under Biden, under Trump 1.0, under Obama, under Bush, and on and on. They're gonna keep happening too! |
