I have a bunch of Hang Fast T post hangers/targets but never had a way to bring them with me to the range. All mine are driven into my little backyard range. I was scratching my head the other day and came up with a super simple receiver. By cutting a small notch out of a 1.5” schedule 40 pipe the T post has a flat surface for the flange to rest against to prevent it from rotating when being shot. Looks good I'm going to add mov " />able targets to my cowboy range.Have some heavy round steel pieces the size of a truck brake drum. Was going to use angle iron. I like to cover t post with angle iron to stop splash back. Your idea is more stable. |
