A bunch of arty pot heads who dont work know how to make food...believe me Humous is good too unless its Iraqi Humous which prolly comes in a can because Iraqis are lazy Lebanese is the best with real pita bread not that stale shit you get at Kroger I use lots of tahini in mine for the texture and garlic the fuck out of it add the EVOO to smooth it out garnish with paprika and spicy pickled Lebanese turnips, carrots, olives and you are good to go Throw down with some home made pita bread - super easy- and all the granola girls will want to talk to you
