I've done a little research and it seems like warm mist is the way to go.
It won't need to cover a huge area, I think around 1,000 sq ft would be good. I'd like it to be able to go 24 hours before filling. Auto humidity level would be nice. With minimal maintenance. For around $100. Any suggestions? |

What kind of space are you trying to humidify and to what RH% levels (home, office, industrial, lab)? Do you have air moving equipment already in place such as a furnace, air handling unit, or roof top package unit?
Lots of choices but I would need a lot more info to recommend a brand or type. |

Mostly concerned with the upstairs area and where I sleep. Last winter was just so dry. 40-50% seems to be about what's recommend. No other air handler. I use a window AC in the summer. Heating is hot water. |
