Welcome to the trending American way of life....fucking up what used to be good and turning it into shit with few or no standards of quality. Hopefully, the marketplace will determine the survivors unless consumers resign themselves to shitty products, shitty service and entitlement attitudes.

I think OP is saying he doesn't like lazy people who don't care about their job ruining the business's he liked. We all know of the ghetto rats he's talking about, to bad only 1 in 10 seems to be wroth a damn.
I blame management, should have observed they weren't going to be good employee's and found a reason to not hire them. |

As long as we're in...
There are very few restaurants I can/will eat in due to food allergies, so my experience in what OP writes about is untypical. Most restaurants that can fulfill my needs are pretty expensive, and frankly Id rather just cook for myself. But it is nice once in a while to visit a restaurant where the server's answer to a request for something not on the menu is 'chef can make that with no problem'! |
