Can you drink in one day

Partying in the hot desert, a grown man can easily drink more than a 36 pack. I have seen many do it effortlessly. I never keep track. I did kill a couple 128oz camelbacks filled from a keg, along with a couple pitchers, all before noon.........in the Anza Borrego Desert––back in the day.  Drinking a Gin/sprite right now, after one of the deadest nights out on patrol I have ever seen...............  Just gotta get to sleep before the sun comes up. I think that is the rule.

I've never tried an all dayer but I did more then 10 beers an hour for just over 4 hours and I had a brown out (I was walking around but not really there.) I woke up the next day to find my charcoal grill in pieces at the other end of the yard when I asked what happened to it they said I picked it up and threw it.... Another arfcommer was there and he was nice enough to tell my HTF about it for me lol asshole. |
| My record will never be known, as keeping a count always goes out the window by the end of it. I can assure you it is a dusgusting amount. The older I get the more it hurts, just aint worth it anymore. The glory daze of binge drinking have come and gone, for me that is, YMMV |
| When I was in college we use to hang out at this old dive bar in Denton Texas. There was a guy that was always there sitting at the bar drinking pint draft beers. We went in there early one Saturday afternoon about 2pm and we all noticed that the "regular" wasn't bellied up at the bar like usual. About 30 minutes in, in walks the regular. He walked over, sat down and said it was his birthday and he was going to drink one pint for every year he'd been alive. We sat there in awe, and watched this 6'8 375+/- guy knock back 49 pints of cheap, shitty keg beer before the sun went down. He only got up twice, once to play his favorite song on the jukebox and another to pee. Thats roughly 784 onces of beer in about 5 hours. I was truely impressed, but I can only assume that he's now sitting somewhere, hooked up to a dialysis machine and waiting for a kidney and liver transplant....if he's even alive at all. |

When I was 18 I once drank 3 cases of beer between 2 friends (3 of us total) then went to a girls house and played Asshole where we finished off a fifth of rum, a case of Straub pounders, and 2 cases of Beast between the 4 of us. I did take 2 dexedrine pills that afternoon, so that certainly comes into the equation. So something like 40+ beers plus rum in less than a 24 hour period. Speed |

Andre the Giant (pro wrestler) was lagendary for his alcohol consumption
You won’t find it in the Guinness Book of World Records, but Andre the Giant holds the world record for the largest number of beers consumed in a single sitting. These were standard 12-ounce bottles of beer, nothing fancy, but during a six-hour period Andre drank 119 of them. It was one of the few times Andre got drunk enough to pass out, which he did in a hallway at his hotel. His companions, quite drunk themselves, couldn’t move the big man. Fearing trouble with cops, they stole a piano cover from the lounge and draped it over Andre’s inert form. He slept peacefully until morning, unmolested by anyone. I've put back a thirty in an afternoon/evening. I think my personal best in a relatively short amount of time was two years ago playing a drinking game called Snappa (some of you may be familiar with it) and between four of us we killed 75 beers in about two hours. I was a tank back then... Now by beer five, I'm feeling it. I still haven't decided of that's a good thing or not. Just not much of a drinker any more and I live on the hottest party street in Santa Barbara for students.
Maybe that will change when I turn 21 this month
