I like it black, because I typically drink really good coffee, and I like to taste it. If I go to some meeting and they have garbage in one of those large pots, then I'll probably dump some sugar in it, because I don't want to taste it.

But typically now I always take it black.

Black, except when posted near Louisiana and St. Charles during carnival. During those times I need the extra boost of sugar, and there's a stop and rob with a great French vanilla cappuccino nearby.

I used to drink it Vietnamese style - with condensed milk.

After seeing both my old man and my FIL switch over to black due to health issues (cream/sugar aren't exactly good for you), I've done the same.

I developed some kind of throat allergy to coffee, it makes me cough a lot when I drink it, but I don't think its the caffeine.

Lots of other plant compounds in there, too. Now I usually drink black tea or coke (later in the day) with no allergy problems.

I'm a coffee junkie/snob. I enjoy coffee in all its wonderful forms. Why limit yourself? It's like only drinking one type of alcohol. There's a big fascinating world out there. Enjoy it.

Not a big coffee drinker, 2 or 3 cups a week unless unusual circumstances.

When I do drink it, I want it very sweet and with hazelnut creamer, if available.
