I have ran AVG many times it keeps saying I have tracking cookies. When I try to delete them, then run scan again the cookies come right back. What can I do to get rid of the tracking cookies arfcom? Thanks for your help.

Boot in safe mode and try it again Safe mode with out networking After that is done

Try using SpyBot-Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware...they will check your machine for spyware/malware as well as removing the cookies for you if you want.
