I bought a new car warranty from Interstate National Dealer Service . Of course, the contact information had changed from when I bought the contract.
YOU MUST GET AUTHORIZATION BEFORE DOING REPAIRS. 
Ok.  A couple of facsimiles and a letter later, I call "It takes up to 30 days to review a claim for reimbursement".
