I have to work outside in TX quite a bit actually. I've found the Columbia wide brimmed Booney hat with a large ventilation area all around the top, a very good hat. The brim is wide enough that I only get sunburned around my lower neck area, and the ventilated area is very big.

| I dont wear hats often, usually when I do its either 1) an old starter brand dallas cowboys hat or 2) one of my many boonie caps. I have like three woodland camo, a couple desert camo and a tiger stripe camo. I usually wear these either to the range to keep brass off my head/neck, or keep the rain and sun off. |

I tried one like it for a while... to bulky indoors. |
