Happy Passover to my fellow ARF.com'rs as well.

When I think that as a kid I used to eat loads of chicken fat spread on matzo (and liked it), it makes me want to barf now.

Now, chopped liver is my absolute fave on matzo. Only get to eat it a couple times/year at Family holiday events, as my Wife doesn't like the stuff and thus we don't make it.
