Who hear has the coordinates (DMS) to the former Soviet Union nuclear weapons test site at Semipalantinsk?  Found the city, haven't found the site yet.

Look around 49, 56, 46 N - 78, 58, 13 E.  I don't know what layer I have activated but it shows blue lower case "i" and "USSR Nuke: with a number in that area. Looks to be 40-50 sites.

Ok, In the layers menu under Keyhole Community BBS check "military" in the menu and it shows all military related sites. Pretty cool.

... How do you search by coordinates with the free, on-line version?

... I can never seem to get the software to accept my input no matter how formatted.

If you're asking how to get to the "Keyhole Community BBS", click on "Tools", then "Layers"; Keyhole will be the second down, click on the arrow, not the box, "Military" will be about 8 down or so.

If you're wern't asking that, sorry.

I found out that the coords I gave earlier for Desert One are not the site.  Still haven't found, nor does a Google advanced search find it either.  I've read that it's "200 miles SE of Tehran" but that's about it.  Still looking for it.  I want to know if a) the place is marked and b) are there any aircraft remains left.

Thanks,

Merlin
