I have finally made the decision to leave GD. It is a huge zoo.  A vast majority of people in GD are like bricks. I would equate most of the people in GD to a brick wall. You can talk to them and try to reason with them. They will still be bricks. You can provide them with factual information but they will not be anything more than a brick. Things may change around the brick wall but the bricks will always be the same. Many of you are very friendly answering some of the many questions I have. Others strike me as the type of people who do surface level thinking, like a small child. When someone has a different thought pattern, they automatically become a troll. A lot here are motivated by fear. In the long run the only thing I see worth hanging out for is the hometown and information forums. I am done here for a few months at a minimum. I took my time writing this. When this post disappears from GD, so will I.  |
| Ummm...this isn't quite as funny as when a fat, middle-aged crybaby whines off into the sunset. The poster is a member of the next generation of our kind, and a thoughful and funny guy. If we're pissing off people like that, we're helping to ensure that our grandkids shoot at Camp Perry with airsofts. |
I agree, there are tons of idiots on this forum, I am sure many would rank me highly on this list, but the poster who started this thread is not one of them. |

Nobody makes anyone get involved in any topic. Nobody makes anyone click submit on their mouse. Nobody says, "Hey... argue with this person in General Discussion" No... nobody even says, "Read this topic" I can't, for the life of me, understand why people get upset over GD. It's a bunch of people sitting around the virtual bar, having a bunch of discussions. If you read more than 20 topics over a couple day timespan, you pretty much know what you're in for. So why be so upset that you have to pout and rant about it. I've gotten sick of AR15.com before. I took a several month hiatus. I've done that several times. Each time, I just stopped typing http://www.ar15.com into the address bar of my url. |

What the hell does that have to do with anything? HK_SHOOTER_03 is a good teenager who has more to offer this site than most of US do. At least he's not hanging at the mall getting into trouble or already in our Justice system costing us taxpayers more money. |
