Real conservatives believe in states rights. The federal govt has no business in this matter. Therefor the feds shouldn't have an opinion in the matter. In all sense as far as the feds are concerned marijuana should be legal at a federal level. If a given state decides against the legalization of marijuana, it's their right to do so. Fuck the federal gov't. Bring back state soverenty. OP has had some bad personal experiences with marijuana. Probably some family member gave up kids or responsibilities and chose marijuana over anything else. That or is just a closed minded holy roller. That is my experience anyway. Coming from a non user non the less. A lot of the same attitudes about alcohol. How about letting people be free? Your poll will not come out in your favor. |

I'll just mention a few things regarding MJ. This will probably put me on a few more ignore lists.
#1: if you consume it, you are retarded. I know people who did, and they came to me to buy a gun, and I said no. Not a difficult thing to figure out. #2: CO legalized it, and implemented magazine capacity bans. If you want MJ legalized in the USA, every state will be like CO and our great country will be like Kalifornistan and NY in less than a decade. The idea of decades of administrations like Zero's sickitates me. #3: It stinks. I'm fine with people having alcohol, since my ability to stop after a drink is not affecting anyone else as I write this from my house. Smoking is a bad habit, irregardless of what it is you're consuming. I will never support MJ.
