Can you take a pre-ban 30 round magazine and permanently attach it to the mag well, say with multiple pins, then weld over the pins, creating a fixed 30 round mag weapon similar to the FAB10 but with a greater capacity? If so, would you then be able to put pre-ban features on it like the FAB10? |
