For the light gurus out there, what's the difference between these two models, the 1LD CE and the 1LD RB80 and is one better for everyday pocket carry then the other?

The difference is the LED used. One has a CREE LED-The other has a Rebel LED. Probably some difference in lumens between them-the website will say.

The CE has a Cree LED. the R880 has a Rebel, which is equivalent.

As far as I'm concerned it is like the difference between Remington FMJ ammo and Winchester FMJ ammo.
