Too many other better options. Anything technical is difficult to get a proper ruling when dealing with the court system in general, let alone with a jury. The courts decided that Colt's 6940 series was a knockoff of LMT's MRP, despite being a two-piece with an entirely different barrel attachment system. The P320 issue is a very technical one, no one can even agree on how the spontaneous firing occurs, let alone the cause. |

Part of the problem is that people who claim or admit having background knowledge frequently have a very little bit of knowledge and a lot of opinions. Put another way, for every MrHiggs there are 87 CapnRobs. No lawyer wants to try to break through that or risk unpredictable forms of retardation spreading through the jury room. I didn't watch the video and don't care enough to do so. I'm just curious about how many P320 owners carry them chambered in AIWB. |

Something like 3.4 million sig 320 / M17 delivered worldwide. I haven’t seen all the videos out there, but Of the ones I have seen most have been in a cheap or poor choice holster for any firearm that has a light trigger. The on going rambling and hate reminds me of the early issues with the M9 slides cracking and yet Beretta distributed +3 million units. I do have a P320 and carry it most days over the past 10 years, it’s been nothing but great for me and it has never done anything it wasn’t ment to do. Haters going to hate  |
| Once I realized that there's a huge machine after the gun industry as well as anyone and anything even remotely connected to it I became a lot more skeptical about stuff like this. The big Remington trigger lawsuit everyone remembered was total bullshit but it's easy to turn the general public against evil guns. |

See, I’m actually rather surprised. I would think that uneducated jurors would side with feelings and get lost with technical stuff. And I think most people are more likely to side against companies these days. People are more than happy to hand down a big payday. Especially against an evil gun company?? So if they convinced a jury, that says a fair amount. Nothing decisive, because civil cases are simply the preponderance of evidence, or for laypeople “which side makes more sense.” |

For the record, I did not see this as a convincing win for the P320. I've seen enough video that seems to make me think something sketchy is going on. I just saw no one else had posted this story yet and we're all gun guys so I thought it's an interesting event. |
