Why does fedex advertise "priority overnight" shipments as being there at 10:30 AM the next day, when in reality they still aren't there at 6:22 pm?

Hmmm, its been in Portland since 2:12. Well I assume they will bust their ass and stay late and deliver tonight to make up for their already late service.
