I recently found out that we will be watching "Bowling for Columbine" in my High School Senior civics class. I insisted that a very pro-gun documentary be shown as well, and the teacher agreed. So what are some good ones?

Look into Larry Elder, I believe he did a retort of sorts.  Cannot remeber the name.

There was an excellent youtube video that gave a good historical argument about the importance of the right to bear arms. It showed what happened to the peoples of Nazi Germany, Russia, and Cambodia when their right to bear arms was taken away.

My google fu is weak and I cannot find the video.

ETA: Excellent suggestion on the film "In search of the Second Amendment".
Here's a sample of what that film is like.

JPFO videos are about the best you're gonna get, IMHO

But I'd IM LouisianaCarry and see what he suggests.
He's about the most active member here on Pro2A materials that I can think of. I'm sure he'd be glad to help.

Yes! That's the one. Although that film may be a little too intense for some high school kids too watch.

A question for the others too. Do you focus on the "self defense" aspect of 2A or the "protection from a tyrant government" part? Which would be a better presentation for HS students?

What about the ones that will become violently ill from having to watch Michael Moore?

In the 30 days episode on gun control, what seemed most persuasive to the gun grabber was a meeting with an old guy who had shot a home intruder.  That brought home, to her, that the defensive capability is not merely theoretical.

The Penn and Teller is the best approach as they tend to provide the best combination of facts, logic, humor, and simplicity of message.  Their video's are a joy to watch regardless of the topic.  If you could pick one route - Penn and Teller would get my nod.

Many of the other recommendations are just entertainment flicks - no one is going to take you seriously if you chose those.  The only concern with P&T is there video's are essentially rated R level.  So I'm concerned you may not be able to play them in a class room setting.  Is there a PG cleaned up version available?

If you REALLY want to convert some or all of the people in your class they need to watch this one hour episode.  SERIOUSLY.

Tell your teacher you will watch the two hour bowling for Columbine on the condition that your one hour show gets to air second.  Show them that, then show them this, then WIN.
