I will be moving out of NY and to AZ in the next few months. I will be driving all my stuff there, including my guns and related paraphernalia. This of course includes ammo and mags. I will most likely have to drive though NJ, where possession of my 20 and 30 round mags is illegal, does FOPA protect me for having the mags, and if for some reason the ammo I have is illegal in NJ, would I be protected that too?
Long story short, does FOPA only protect firearms and firearms alone, or does it cover ammo and mags and such? |
