I currently own a very new online firearms business in Idaho where my business, FFL, and LLC are all registered.
Can anyone tell me what would be the best way to expand my online firearms business to include my brother (who does not have an FFL) out in California where he lives? For example, would it be easier for him to get his own FFL and go through all the business permits stuff, or can I just "add" him to mine somehow? I thank you all in advance --New FFL Guy |
