| I do 80% cardio mixed in with push-ups, crunches, and some machines. Mountain biking is really my thing, but I've switched to swimming now that the weather is crappy. Depends what you want to do and what you're training for. For my purposes, I don't want to be frickin' Arnold ripped and not be able to run up flight of steps without getting winded. You can get decently big just by swimming and you get the benefit of all the cardio. |
