Looking to make some ball caps with my farm name on them.  Prefer structured, but not the real tall Elmer Fudd looking caps.  Anybody have an online hat/embroidery shop they use and recommend?

Just about every mall has at least one kiosk/stand that does hats and shirts, you might want to check it out.

zazzle.com has them but be prepared for $30 a cap.

I am interested in cheaper places though.

Below is the company that made the hat I received free from BCM. The hat seems to be great quality with embroidered US flag on front and BCM embroidered on the back.

As an added plus they are obviously a gun friendly business.

Just received an order of embroidered polos, they did a great job digitizing my logo, I just placed a second order for some hats and dress shirts

Funny you should mention that.  I just had embroidered hats made for my farm.  I used Embroidme, a franchise. Came out sharp.

I use LLBean Direct. They do direct to business embroidery of a lot of their catalog lines.

try Gall's.  galls.com

They're in Lexington.  They normally do Public Safety, but I'm sure they'd be willing to work with you.  Their hats are decent quality, but may be more than you're looking to spend.
