Why dont I get an email notifying me when I get a new PM on the forums

- NEW - Added the ability for team members to receive an email notification when they get a new IM (in your forum preferences)
- NEW - Added the ability for team members to have their posts in threads highlighted (also in forum preferences and will highlight green)

It's an option in my preferences. But...I can choose it, hit Save, and nothing changes.

Anybody else having that issues?
