What happens if you sell a firearm on EE, get paid, ship to buyers FFL and he is denied purchase? Would the seller be out of the picture and the problem be with the buyer and his FFL? Or would the seller be obligated to return funds?

I would say the buyer better figure out how to get his new weapon from the ffl. As a seller I would refuse return. Everyone buying should know the laws and thier limits to buying.
