She claims mail isn't there, since that is reflecting my address with mail and DL, can I go "get" my mail...AKA, go inside? Nope. |

You can't kick their door in. I would contact my local postmaster...it sounds stupid but interfering with mail is a federal offense. I'm guessing that if the postmaster contacts her she'll want to give you the mail back without you having to kick the door down. Also do what PCsutton said change your mailing address. with a change of address form and also contact the people/companies/agencies that mail you. |

No, go to the post office and fill out a change of address form (send your mail somewhere else, anywhere else) and have your employer send a duplicate of your W2, go to the dmv for a new drivers license, it may cost a little money but you had important mail sent to a home with two hostile people living in it, if they have your mail they will never own up to it unless you pay them what they want. The second this relationship soured you should have taken steps to divert your mail. Sorry this happened but be careful whom you trust. Good luck

I see you live in Georgia so that's perfect. Go out and find one of those LE MRAP's that were abandoned when you guys got "hit" with a 1/4 inch of snow. Take it and drive it through the front of her double wide. Declare victory and be sure to post pic's !!! |
