I saw some dumbbell grip sleeves the other day and I wondered if they are useful for lifting or merely useful for separating a fool from his money. Has anyone here used them and are they useful? They look like this: Attached File |

I use them when I start feeling the tendinitis in my elbow starting up. Seem to help I suppose some foam pipe insulation could serve the same purpose |

I like to use the grips on some light dumbbells at the beginning of my workout to warm up my forearms and it prevents the tendonitis flare up while doing biceps or back/pull exercises. Shark Grips |
