I love both teams, I'm pulling for Butler, but I think Duke is too long for Butler. If Butler shoots well, then ALL bets are off. WVU didn't shoot well tonight at all...it was not good.
Duke will play Butler up high on D and take away their 3's. If Butler can't hang on the boards, then Duke will win. I think Butler, best-case scenario, can keep within less than 6 and make it a game. I've never seen a team with more active hands on D than Butler. This may frustrate Duke and get in their heads. Might be the most watched Nat. Champ. game in decades. HH |

Syracuse was without one of the greatest centers in college basketball since the Big East tourney... not saying Butler has not done exceptionally well, but don't pretend they took out Syracuse at its day to day level. |

Sorry there is no real way that butler can beat duke. I had duke winning the whole in my bracket, Duke I am also a fan of and have been for years. I love coach K. But none the less butler cant keep up with duke scoring, they can play D but there is no way they can lock duke down and keep up with them on the offensive side. |

looks like Duke opened up as a 6.5 point favorite Sounds about right....I said Duke was better by less than 6 so I can see the line for starters. Don't be surprised if the line moves to 8+. ...which doesn't mean anything. They still have to play the game. On paper, Duke's the better team. On the floor, not so sure. We'll find out Monday night!

Can you fucking READ? I'm guessing the answer is no... But if you don't think being short your big man, who is considered among the best in the game is a huge liability, you are fucking delusional. Yes, they played who was in front of them and won... chances are damn good they wouldn't have won against the team Syracuse fielded all season. By the way, which of Butler's starters are they missing... just curious. Yeah, its luck of the draw. In a perfect world you would say it makes no difference, that a good team should win regardless... but we know that is not the case don't we? And just so you know, I'm pulling for Butler BECAUSE they knocked my team off. |
