Guy I know is suing the government agency he works for. He was recently contact by the agency attorney that advised him to just drop the lawsuit because the mandate was rescinded, so he wouldn’t win anyway.
The agency even unilaterally decided that they would just close all reasonable accommodation requests. That’s not how other discrimination/hostile work environment lawsuits work. We treated you like shit and threatened you for a while, but stopped….until next time. |
