I bought MHP's Fruit Punch TRAC Extreme NO Creatine...

I have to mix it with Juicy Juice Grape and some applesauce just to get it down the pipe.

Never again, the orange was decent. But this stuff

If it doesn't taste bad, it doesn't work.

A dude at the gym told me to eat a hand full of cherioes as soon as I slam it.

We'll see how that goes.

NO and creatine products never did much for me.  I have moved away from most supplements.  Stick to LOTS of food and a multivitamin if you want to put on weight.   Maybe an ECA stack for awhile when cutting down, or an AMP prior to a work out , but that is about it.

What Renman said.
And NOTHING that says "Tastes Great!" or "Instantized! Mixes easily with a spoon." does.

Just tossign my input in here,

I started using NO xplode in december of last year. Few months go by and the effects stop hitting me like they used to. My pumps were way down compared to when I first started and my body was beginning to become slightly immune to the effects of it.

Buddy of mine got me a free box if fruit punch trac xtreme NO. It really doesnt taste good, but I started it the next day and man the pump hit me INSANELY hard, a pump I havent felt since the first month or 2 of NO Xplode. I am now cycling between the 2 every couple of months.

It may not taste great... not many suppelements do, but it works.

Well, the cheerioe thing worked...

I exhaled, slammed the Trac, then stuffed a handfull of them in my wouth, it absorbed all the tastes and aftertaste. I also didn't burp any of it up, which is a good thing, because I also take it with Vitrix.

I'm with you.  I mix up a shake in the morning, but add a bunch of stuff like oats and flax seed to it , because I'm too lazy to get up and actually cook something.
