Start by going to walmart and getting a tube of ground beef.

Throw out the backstaps they are inedible

We want the hocks with lots of tendon and connective bits for this application.

Dump some dillo dust on there with added sugar cause dillo dust isn't primarily sugar

Throw that shit in the pot raw

Add lots of beans, you can never have too many beans!

Add some tomatoe sauce and more sugar, tomatoes are spicy you have to balance out the heat

Boil it on high for like 10 minutes or something and then run back to walmart for some cornbread

Top it with some murica cheese and eat your bean soup slop with a spoon

Ok sarcasm off
Elk chili:
Elk, new mexico chilis, anaheim chilis, arbol chilis, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic powder.

Season elk and brown in a bit of bacon drippings. Deseed toast and puree chilis with some water. Combine all in pot and let simmer until sauce is reduced and meat is fork tender. Top with a bit of chipotle gouda.

"Cornbread" keto friendly made with almond flour. Not very good. Here is recipe if you wanna try. http://eatfatlosefatblog.com/low-carb-keto-cornbread-recipe-almond-flour-bread/

Nice to see a good pot of chili instead of the usually tomato based ground meat slumgullion crap that seems prevalent in most chili threads

I really can't say, haven't weighed anything. She rolled a good way down the mountain, gutted and then rolled down to the aspens skinned quartered and cut the backstraps tenderloins and some rib meat off and hauled four bags with bones 3 miles back to our remote camp where i deboned and then took two trips the remaining 5 miles to the vehicles, one was my 85 liter pack nearly full which was probably a hair over 100 lbs second trip was a tiny bit less meat plus my camp. After trimming i might have 150 lbs of meat
