That area is miles and miles of refineries, steel mills, and factories.

Probably the most disgusting place in America.

Notice the cop in the mask, and private security with nothing on. lol. It actually makes sense to have the cops have gas masks in this area. Tons of hazmat moving on truck and train daily into and out of refineries.
