It's that time again, will be going to the dry sandy place again soon. Will be gone for the holidays.. Not really upset over that, in fact I could use the break from the frenzy of running around this time of year brings.. But I'll miss my little ones 10th BDay also.. Should be home before Spring though! |
Booze is rationed at shore in some areas CentCom, and not allowed in Iraq, Kuwait, and a couple other places.. Availability depends on your station. |

I hate most of the bull $hit that the mainstream news media feeds us. They news media people always want to make some kind of fvcking statement, usually something to gain sympathy or anti-war. TIA. |

Oh yeah, I forgot all the opsec nazis on here. Well I'll just look up what navy bases are in PA, what aircraft they have (since I know you are an aircrewman and on what type) and then look in the local paper for when the post the "** squadron deploys to **** base" that they always have. I'm sure anybody who actually gave a damn could find the info the same way. Guess what, I am in Baghdad! That's right all you bad guys, me and 30,000+ other joes. Want to guess which one I am?

The media gets better photo opsthen we do. I get bitched at by some USAF guys last year in Kuwait taking a pic of a Brit Tornado parked on the ramp.. But Geraldo draws maps in the sand

Ah yes, 4day pass.....I forgot bout that. And yeah, its 3brs a day now. And yeah....booze isnt "allowed" in Iraq.
