[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Delta faucets

A few weeks ago I called Delta faucets because our kitchen faucet was having some issue. The guy I talked to was very nice and professional. He had me take pictures of the faucet because I didn't know what model number it was. After I email him the pictures, he sent me some O-rings to rebuild the faucet. I asked how much and he said it was free of charge. Pretty good customer service if you ask me.

Same way with Moen
I got one that has been fixed 4 times in 30 years- free parts
We just replaced it and with another Moen

I think the shower faucet in our guest bathroom is a Moen, but we haven't had any issues with it yet.

My brother is in the wholesale plumbing business. He says Delta, for the money and service, is the best thing going.

My kitchen sink soap dispenser broke at the stem due to a knucklehead friend of mine! Delta sent me the entire soap dispenser kit at no charge to replace/repair it.

Awesome company and will continue to buy their products in the future!
