I was awarded a Deferred Comp (Quotro) in my divorce. I would like to cash this out. Can anyone walk me through the steps necessary to do this?

The rules (and penalties for early withdrawal) should be clearly outlined in the plan. It is in ours. Contact the administrator.

If the choices are good, why not let it ride out until you can start taking payments?
