Ok, I can 1RM 315 on the flat bench. Last night I was doing decline and incline bench. I got a PR for my decline at 295 x 2. I reset and only did 1 more rep. My form felt weird, so I didn't go any further than that. My question is, Is the decline suppose to be that close (or equal) to the flat bench? Hardwarz |

I usually decline more weight than flat bench. And I usually do decline after flat bench. The few times that I had started with decline before flat bench, because someone was using the flat bench, I did a lot more than I normally do on decline. If that makes any sense. Edit: for spelling. |
