I knock them down. Not for safety reasons, but becuase there is still a 10 year old boy trapped inside of me that wants to bust stuff up, lol.

We had barracks buildings in Bavaria that were 5 stories high and would get gargantuan ice lances hanging from the roof. They would no shit shatter the flagstones below when they'd hit. Something about feet per second per second.....

We kept the roof over the entry ways clear from the top floor with a bunch of camo poles stuck together, but they grew fast. Sometimes you had to do a package check before stepping out in the morning.
