I just wanted to relate two good customer servive incidents I've had in the past couple days. In todays age when great service is abnormal, I've had two companies that treated me well and thought I'd pass it on.
1. RCBS I broke the top off my Bullet Hammer. I called to see about purchasing a new top, and they are sending out a new one for free.
2. Midway USA My tumbler is starting to die. It won't start anymore and I have to spin it by hand to get it going. I called Midway tonight to see about buying a new motor. The customer service department said "send it back, We'll fix or replace it". I said it was quite old, but the rep said "lifetime warranty, send it in."
Both of these items I have litterally used the hell out of them. It's nice to see two companies stand behind what they sell. I'll add, the last company that Gave me service like this was the Ammoman. I will be buying from these three companies first in the future.
