Can someone explain why 4-6 year old consoles cost more then when they released? Last console I had was a 360, got it the launch year and 3 years later new ones were nearly half price. All my friends now like randomly hang out on Xbox because they cant go out with kids, so im looking to get one but have a hard time paying $600 for a 6 year old computer. Can steam play with Xbox and PS5 now? Looking mainly at Gears of War and GTA |

Right now is an awful time for cost of consumer electronics hardware. The AI take over is also putting a hurt on the supply chain outside of data centers. It makes me wonder how it will affect the release of next gen consoles. A lot of games do have "crossplay" (xbox + PC, PS5, etc). It's game specific, though. Looks like GTA doesn't, but Gears of War: Reloaded does. Helldivers 2 is a great time that has PC + console crossplay. |
