Here are the wants: 1. It fits the garage. This limits the length to about 225 inches. 2. No AFM/DOD. 3. V8 Power and performance potential 4. 4x4 desirable To meet #1 and #2, it looks like a 2007 or earlier GM extended cab pickup will fit the bill, as long as the bed is limited to 5.75 feet. The crew/extra cab or 6.5 foot will make it too long. Any thoughts about the performance potential of the 5.3 and how to wake it up? I also thought about a 5.3L Chevy Colorado from 2010 to 2012, but would these have AFM? Thanks for any insights! |
