Is there any way to record my flights or segments thereof on the Google Earth simulator besides filming over my shoulder with a video camera? Can I save them on the computer somehow? Thanks

The free Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 works great but is limited to recording only ten minutes.
You can save them as wmf, mp4, or streaming.

You can try FRAPS, it might do what you need.
