Alright my desktop has a trojan horse virus that my antivirus software detects, but for whatever reason is not able to delete it. I have tried manually deleting it by finding the specific file under my computer, but it says that it cannot be deleted because it is being used or is right protected. My antivirus software says the virus is TR/Dldr.Zlob.VV.2 if that helps at all. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

Disable system restore, reboot in safe mode and do a full virus scan in safe mode.  Once it's detected and deleted by your anti virus software, reboot in normal mode and try again.
