[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Computer/Software help needed.....

I'm running WinXp. I just installed "Magellan Mapsend DirectRoute". When I attempt to run the program, nothing happens. I click on the Magellan icon, I get an hourglass for a split second and then nothing, won't start up. If I click on the "read me" and "Mapsend help", they both come up. The main program won't run

. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but it did not help

close all the programs running in the bottom right of the task bar thing.

try opening the program.

if it still won't run, use ctrl-alt-del and kill processes which are non-operating system based.

usually it's a norton conflict or something else conflicting.

I closed some programs and it now loads
