I just got my laptop (HP Pavilion, DVD drive etc,) back from Best Buy and i'm having an issue with the touchpad. When i go to look at something on a website and direct the pointer towards something say...1 inch from the top of the page it will suddenly jerk the whole page down about 3-4 inchs for some reason. Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this? Thanks in advance guys.

I get this with the police laptops that I work on.

In my case it is caused by some dumbass fucking with the video resolution.

You might want to check that out since there is no shortage of dumbasses at Best Buy
