Everyday I get about 40 messages from "Mailer Daemon" or "Mail Delivery"and a few others that basically say "Your E-mail entitled **** has been flagged as spam from our mail delivery subsystem".

I am guessing that somehow my computer is being used to send out spam mail.

Is there anything I can do about this BESIDES change my E-mail addy ?

I have run Trend Micro,AVG,AdAware,CC Cleaner..everything.But I still get 40+ messages a day of returned/rejected spam mail messages.

The mail has nothing to do with your computer or email account being compromised. What has happened is that a spammer is using your valid email address as the <reply-to> and <sender> lines in his spam messages, so he doesn't get the bounces and angry messages from people, you do.  There is nothing you can do about it.
