LGS has a 90k SN range SP1

Think they were asking 12-1300 for it. Worth that? Looked like it was in pretty good condition.

I've got a Colt Sporter II SP1 that was made, according to Colt's letter to me, between 82-83, 16" barrel, aluminum 2 position stock, no forward assist.

It's in pretty good shape...not mint, but certainly no beater.

I guess you just need to see what you see.  Prices are very 'locale' dependent right now.

I will never sell mine, but I paid $800 before tax, back in the early 90s for it and it was slightly used.

that ain't a bad price for a SP1

If it's in good shape and the numbers match up for what it's supposed to be it's not a bad deal.
