Here's a couple of sample pages from my recent project.
I had taken a complete set of left & right side pics of all my firearms, copied into a MS Word Doc and added the description info I keep in a file in case of theft.  Printed with my office Xerox Phaser onto full page photo paper, punched and assembled with that spiral-binder gizmo.
I can easily add or subtract pages as the collection changes.
In case of theft, I'm prepared with details.
S/N's redacted for OPSEC.

A disk would be easier hide update and make changes to.

I have the entire document on disk, and/or just the descriptions with serial numbers and/or individual pics - available to email to LE if necessary within a few minutes.

The booklet has a lot of pages.

It was just a fun thing to do that may payoff some day.  Who knows.

I was stuck at the office alone and this made my time fly.
