Thanks to everyone who helped with the event, this event couldn't have happened without your dedication and hard work. Big shoutout to the staff who helped pull off this crazy weekend, you guys put in so much hard work words can't describe how proud I am of you. Huge shoutout to Dspense's noob who helped staff and with spotting!! This event went amazingly and I got to see so many old faces and made some new friends. Hopefully next year we can get some better weather  Also MAJOR thank you to Bill & the Geissele team for allowing us the privilege of using their land and amenities, it's truly an amazing facility and if you have never been to it, you should! (I guess I'm MikeyCYN now.. ) Another amazing Keystone, where penalties are harsh but fair. And in some cases, deserved because one didn't train enough. (that's on me) I am the poster boy for gear doesn't buy skill - nice Geissele upper, Trijicon 2-10x scope, a solid zero.. but I don't practice enough long range. I'm also humbled by the obstacles.. losing weight doesn't make one "in shape". Gotta lift too! Don't know that I'll ever be able to finish the chug.. maybe I need to try the Liquid Death cans, that seemed popular this year. MANY MANY THANKS to the Staff who assisted in this event (PA-Minuteman, brasscrossedrifles, EagleRare, LoneWolf41, weapons_free), you guys were amazing and had super long days managing all of the runners, and keeping people fed when needed. Geissele deserves all the love for an awesome range, and the prizes were extra generous this year. I brought an assortment of Peeps for peeple to enjoy:  It wouldn't be a Keystone Cola without life-threatening weather:  Everyone's gotta take a pic for the 'gram:  Chugging a 2 liter makes one a man among men:

Huge thanks to PA for hosting the event. Big sad I couldn’t be there for the whole event, I know you guys could have used the extra help and I appreciate you graciously letting me squeeze in a last minute run. Of course, a big thank you to the event sponsors and staff as well. Always amazed at the generosity of everyone involved, especially Geissele for allowing us to use their range and the amazing prize table. |

This was, I think, my 10th Cola. I learn something every time. This time I learned that reading is essential. Congrats to winners, the two that I didnt beat because of not my failure to read and also failure to take my shoulder rehab seriously. Congrats to everyone who beat obstacle zero, especially Eaglerare and my noob, Whoretex Razor. Big thanks to Bill Geissele. I cannot post pics because Im not paying for the ability to do that, but the one time the raffle rifles were in my favorite AR barrel length, 14.5" (instead of 16") is the one time I win the raffle. This thing is beautiful. It will not be painted. It will be a dedicated CWAR. Maybe a loaner CWAR. Now I have to buy a new suppressor in addition to a new optic and mount. Most expensive free event ever!

Thank you guys for another memorable CW Keystone event, staff kept everything running smoothly and my kitchen friends kept everyone fed even though this was a BYOF event. The generosity and comradery at these events is my favorite part about being a CW; this is from Bill Geissele down to staff and ColaBros, I couldn't possibly thank you all enough. *Also was super proud of my Noob ???? he shot a top 10, didn't quit, helped anyone that needed a hand during our stay, AND fit right in with all of us degens?? |

PA-Minuteman, thanks for running another successful CW event. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thanks to all the help we got with the kitchen and keeping people fed. I love to help where needed. Especially grateful for the fellas that helped pack us up. DSpense, brasscrossedrifles, You guys taught me some great lessons so I could suck less. I look forward to the next one. Congrats to all the winners and to the non-quitters. MrFebruary, your determination is inspiring. So glad you didn't die on that hill to avoid a perma-ban. Speaking of banned, I wouldn't have ever been a part of this if it wasn't for Weapons_free. I'd say more if you had the ability to reply yourself. Love ya brother.  -side note: I do have a lot of video and photos, but I gotta find a better way of uploading them bc some are huge files. We just had our niece's graduation and she did a thing with a QR code that everyone at the party could upload to, and I think that may be a good type of thing for this. Content creators can get shots and videos from everyone else's camera rolls effortlessly, since they are centrally located. |

Great event, guys. Huge thanks to PAMinuteman and the staff for running everything, and the kitchen crew - best meals I've had at a "bring your own everything" event. This was my first Keystone, and I think my first time shooting (direct fire) over about 300m. Turns out it helps a lot to know how much your bullet drops at those ranges. On that topic, thanks again to DSpence for teaching me a few basics after my run. He got me from 1 hit on the long range targets during my run to clearing them with less than one mag after my run. One other lesson learned: ollipop cream soda is a pretty smooth chug. First time I've cleared that part. Geissele is extremely generous to let us use their awesome range, not to mention the fantastic prize table. I am halfway through a new build with more parts on the way, and it's going to have more than one peep logo on it. Thanks again guys. Truly great event. Hopefully I'll be back next year and suck less. |
